Please arrive a few minutes early for your first class to fill in your registration form (or you can print it off here, fill it in at home, and bring it with you).

Booking is essential for all classes due to limited space -  just call 07825 225 332 to reserve your place.

All equipment will be provided (but feel free to bring your own mat if you have one). 

Please wear clothes that are comfortable for you to move around in, and remember to bring some water.
